Selected work

Proof, not promises.

A selection of systems I've built and rescued for manufacturers — each framed the way I work: the brutal reality, what I built, and the value it delivered. Client names are withheld to respect confidentiality; details available on a call.

Manufacturing · CPQ

6.8%
contribution-margin lift · 2 quarters

CPQ logic engine, built from scratch

The reality

Quoting was manual, slow, and error-prone — spread across sales, engineering, and accounting with no single source of truth, so estimates took weeks and pricing mistakes slipped through.

What I built

Built a configurator from the ground up (1,000+ hours): mapped the full quote-to-cash process for the first time, encoded custom material-yield logic, and validated pricing against ERP data.

The result

6.8% contribution-margin lift over two quarters, quoting cut from weeks to minutes, pricing errors eliminated — and 50% of all business now flows through it.

Manufacturing · Customer portal

9%
annual revenue increase

ERP-integrated ordering portal

The reality

A major customer needed self-service ordering, but orders and shipping lived outside the ERP — creating manual handoffs and a ceiling on growth.

What I built

Led the 0-to-1 launch in four months on the Propago framework: 500+ configurable products and user-editable templates, two-way ERP sync, and a connector that pushes print-ready files straight to production.

The result

9% annual revenue increase in a high-margin market, with 2,000+ users self-serving their orders.

Manufacturing · Operations intelligence

200+
operational hours / week saved

Scheduling & reporting automation

The reality

Order management and operations burned hours every week manually rescheduling jobs and rebuilding the same reports by hand.

What I built

Built SQL-powered dashboards that surface production bottlenecks, plus a rescheduling tool that updates all downstream operations at once.

The result

200+ operational hours saved per week — roughly 10+ hours back for each order-management team member.

Manufacturing · Epicor

15–20
hours saved per distro

Mass pack-slip function in Epicor

The reality

The packaging team created pack slips for complex distributions by hand — slow, repetitive, and easy to get wrong.

What I built

Led a team to build an Epicor function that mass-generates pack slips for complex distros in minutes.

The result

15–20 hours of work saved for the packaging team on every distro.

Stockdale · Ongoing

Retained
ongoing system support

Enterprise architecture & integrations

The reality

Manufacturers depend on custom ERP and CPQ platforms that have to keep running — and keep improving — long after launch.

What I built

Retained to design and maintain mission-critical logic engines and API integrations across manufacturing clients' systems.

The result

Stable, evolving platforms with a single accountable engineer on call.

Stockdale · Cloud

Serverless
GCP / Firebase

Cloud applications for small business

The reality

Smaller operations need real software without enterprise cost or infrastructure overhead.

What I built

Architect and deploy serverless web applications on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase, sized to the business.

The result

High-performance, scalable apps that grow with the company instead of boxing it in.
