Epicor Kinetic · ERP & Enterprise Systems · Issaquah, WA

Confront reality. Prevail.

Make your ERP work the way your shop floor actually runs.

I'm Braeden Johnston. I help manufacturers get more from Epicor Kinetic and the systems around it — an honest diagnosis first, then the custom software and automation to close the gaps your systems leave behind.

What I do

ERP, the data underneath it, and the tooling around it.

01

Epicor Kinetic Advisory

Hands-on guidance for teams running or migrating to Kinetic — part master remediation, BOMs & BOOs, Methods of Manufacturing — aligned to how the floor actually operates.

02

ERP Discovery & Assessments

Structured discovery that maps your current-state systems, processes, and team culture, then turns what I find into a prioritized, traceable plan you can act on.

03

Automation & Integration

Custom scripts, integrations, BAQ/dashboards, and document or web-to-print automation that remove the manual steps and handoffs sitting between your existing systems.

How I work

Confront the brutal facts. Then build the system that prevails.

The Stockdale Paradox, as a working method — a straight diagnosis, then a system built to hold up. No blind optimism, no sugar-coating reality.

// before

  • Manual re-keying between systems
  • Reports that go stale on open
  • Data that drifts from the floor

// after

  • Automated, validated transactions
  • Live dashboards leadership trusts
  • Data that matches reality
01

Confront

An honest audit of the systems, data, and process — no sugar-coating.

02

Plan

Prioritized, traceable findings scoped into a fixed-bid plan.

03

Build

The remediation, tooling, and automation, delivered in tight cycles.

04

Hand off

A system your team owns and can run — with support if you want it.

About

A builder who's run the systems — not just advised on them.

I'm Braeden Johnston, founder of Stockdale Systems. For years I was the one-person technical product team behind a manufacturer's enterprise systems — architecting a CPQ engine from scratch, launching a customer portal for 2,000+ users, and building the dashboards and automations that handed hundreds of hours back to operations.

I started Stockdale Systems to do that work for more manufacturers: confront the brutal facts of your current systems honestly, then build the software, integrations, and automation that actually move the numbers — margin, revenue, and hours saved. You work directly with me, from first call to final hand-off.

Background: a degree in Project Management with a minor in Global Supply Chain Management, deep Epicor (ERP / Kinetic) and CPQ experience, and full-stack, API, and cloud architecture.
